Scope
The overall objectives of the conference are to advance the theory and practice of Business Sustainability, implementation and promotion of practices in companies towards sustainability across multiple dimensions on all organisational levels, from strategic management to operational levels, in every type of business and for every company’s function.
To bridge the gaps between theory and practice, between academia and companies, between abstract and real worlds, and to bring people in the centre, as a critical success factor towards business sustainability.

Instructions for submission
The Business Sustainability 2026 conference will accept submission of:
1. Full papers (6–12 pages)
and special presentations, abstracts and posters:

Full paper submission
Originality
Only original* and Full papers will be accepted for the review and final acceptance.
All papers will be subjected to min two single-blind reviews.
All papers will be screened for plagiarism**
Use of AI (Artificial Intelligence) is regulated under the Publisher’s "AI Policies and Guidance".
All papers should follow the Publisher’s "Code of conduct and publishing policies".

The papers should be submitted through the Springer Nature’s platform Conference Proceedings system METEOR.
The Help Guide for Author could be downloaded here.
The authors should register or use already existing credentials for accessing METEOR.
*Only original papers/texts will be accepted for review and final decision, except for any excerpts from other works including pre-published chapters of other publications, illustrations, tables, animations, text quotations, photographs, diagrams, graphs or maps, and whether reproduced from print or electronic or other sources ("Third Party Material).
Any such Third Party Material may be in the public domain (or otherwise unprotected by copyright/other rights), may be otherwise used in accordance with applicable law.
** The submitted work must not contain any plagiarism and should not have been published elsewhere in any form or language (unless the work is a translation of an original work; it is a new iteration of the same work with some degree of change ("revised edition"); and/or permission has been granted for reuse and/or is allowed under the Publisher's reuse policy).

The Business Sustainability 2026 conference will accept submission of “special” presentations of the papers published, e.g. in journals or books, but not presented to the community. Also, the abstracts of the papers not to publish in the Springer Nature book of Proceedings, and posters exposed during the conference.
These presentations (resumes), abstracts and posters will be published in a special publication “Book of Abstracts and Posters” by the Association, with ISBN number. To submit the presentation, without publishing the underlying paper, contact one of the conference chairman.
